At ibuytramadol, we make sure that all orders placed are quickly and efficiently fulfilled. We may, however, be unable to process your order, and as a consequence, it must be canceled. In some cases, this can be caused by the unavailability of the stock, quantities available for purchase are limited, or the credit and fraud department has experienced some issues with your credit card. You will be notified by our customer support if all or part of your order is canceled.
If payments were made by a credit card, we would refund the same. If payments were made with money/check orders will be returned to you if the funds have not been deposited. Typically, we need a minimum of 10 working days to processed the refunds. If payments made by Money/ Check orders, it will be delivered to your billing address though it may take some time.
If your order is not delivered or is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund based on your request. However, if you only received part of your order, you will be charged for only the product(s) you received, and we will issue a full refund.
We assume no responsibility for any delays in the crediting of the cardholders credit card account as that process is handled by the card issuer.
