Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing 100% satisfaction to our valued customers. We ensure all orders placed by customers are fulfilled. There may, however, be specific orders that cannot be processed and must be canceled by the Customer or by us. For this reason, we try to keep our cancellation policy flexible for our customers.

Cancellation by the customer

You may cancel your order by contacting our Customer Support team and by sending us a cancellation notice. If your order has not been processed yet, our staff will cancel your orders, and return to you the full amount you paid. However, if your order has already been processed, you can no longer cancel it.

Dispute and complaints

Should there any be a dispute regarding the product, please contact our Customer Support, and we will be happy to assist you in finding a speedy solution.

Non-receipt of payment

Unpaid orders are considered canceled.
